Last night, the women in music proved once again that they know how to throw a party. Heading to the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles, the likes of Tyla, Teyana Taylor, Laufey, and many, many more of their counterparts showed up to celebrate the 2026 Billboard Women in Music event. And they came dressed for the occasion.

To kick things off, the evening’s host, Keke Palmer, sparkled up the red carpet in a sheer corset dress draped in strands of diamonds. A custom iteration of a look from Monse’s Spring/Summer 2026 collection, it was styled by Molly Dickson and perfectly set the tone for the night to come.

Tyla followed suit in a feathery show-stopping Javier Collazo number, as did Taylor in a sculptural corseted Ashi Studio gown. Elsewhere, Tate McRae brought the blood-wine trend to the event with an Elie Saab Fall/Winter 2026 dress, and Zara Larsson stayed true to herself in vintage yellow Versace from OpulentAddict.

With performances from McRae, Larsson, Laufey, Kehlani, and Palmer, it was almost easy to forget that the event was, technically, an award show. Taylor was honored with the Visionary Award, Larsson with the Breakthrough Award, McRae with the Hitmaker Award, and Kehlani with the Impact Award. Country’s Ella Langley was crowned this year’s Powerhouse, Laufey as the Innovator, and Thalía as the Icon. As far as international recognition, Canadian band the Beaches and Filipina group BINI accepted the Global Force awards.

The grand prize—Woman of the Year—went to the stars of KPop Demon Hunters’s HUNTR/X: Ejae, Audrey Nuna, and Rei Ami.
