Scarlet Rose Stallone says working with her dad, Sylvester Stallone, has “completely changed” their relationship.

While chatting with PEOPLE exclusively at PaleyFest NY 2026 on Saturday, Oct. 10, Scarlet, 24, opened up about the experience of starring alongside the Rocky actor, 80, in the Paramount+ crime drama series Tulsa King.

“It’s completely changed [our relationship] — a complete 180,” she said. “We’ve been working together for the past five years, so now it’s become very natural.”

Tulsa King, which debuted in 2022, will have its season 4 premiere on Friday, Oct. 16.

Scarlet went on to share that she appreciates all the time she gets to spend with her dad while shooting the show.

“Before, he was working constantly, so getting to work together for once is just an amazing opportunity,” she explained, adding, “We’ve grown as friends. We’ve really become friends. We really got to know one another and really respect each other throughout this whole process, through the ups and downs.”

Scarlet — whom Sylvester shares with wife Jennifer Flavin — also revealed that her father likes to tease her on set.

“He completely teases me,” she said, explaining, “He’s really prone to pronouncing every single word, and he’s very old-school with his language. And obviously, I’m Gen Z. So I can see him in the back mouthing the words like that. And then I look at him, and I go, ‘If I talked like that, I would look like your age. I can’t talk like that.’ ”

Scarlet continued, “But we really laugh with each other, and we make fun of one another sometimes. It’s the best experience ever.”

Sylvester is a father of five children. In addition to Scarlet, he shares daughters Sophia, 30, and Sistine, 28, with Flavin, 58. He welcomed two sons — Seargeoh, 47, and Sage, who died in 2012 at age 36 — with his first wife, Sasha Czack.

In Tulsa King, Sylvester stars as New York Mafia capo Dwight “The General” Manfredi, who is exiled to Tulsa, Okla., after spending 25 years in prison. Scarlet plays Spencer, a coffee shop barista who talks with Manfredi and later works as a stable hand and horse caretaker at Fennario Ranch, which becomes entangled in Manfredi’s criminal empire.

Spencer had been a recurring character, but will now be a series regular in season 4. Scarlet told PEOPLE she was both “ecstatic” and “terrified” when she learned the news.

“I was ecstatic when I found out. I was honestly so excited. I was also terrified, and I just wanted to make everyone proud,” she said. “At the end of the day, I just wanted to work as hard as possible and make everyone proud.”

She said fans can expect an interesting journey for Spencer in the upcoming season.

“I think that this season I’m really growing as a character, and you really get to see my personality and my ups and downs. I really hope everyone enjoys it, truly,” she told PEOPLE.

Tulsa King season 4 premieres on Paramount+ on Friday, Oct. 16.
