- Rob Kardashian made a rare appearance at Khloe's birthday party.

- The private reality star smiled with his family in photos shared on Instagram.

- Rob has stayed mainly out of the spotlight since 2021.

The notoriously private Rob Kardashian stepped out to celebrate his sister Khloe Kardashian on her birthday.

In photos from Khloe's 42nd birthday party shared on Instagram on Tuesday, Rob, 39, can be seen smiling as he poses with mom Kris Jenner, sisters Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian, and daughter Dream.

Rob dressed casually in a black Nike T-shirt and blue athletic shorts with a hat. He beamed in photos with 9-year-old Dream, whom he shares with ex Blac Chyna (now known as Angela White).

"How blessed am I? Missing a few but they’re always with me," Khloe captioned the post, which also featured photos of her friends, ex Tristan Thompson, and their kids, True and Tatum.

"We are so Blessed to have you! We love you so much!!!," Rob commented on the carousel of photos, with Kim adding, "So fun celebrating you."

Kris noted, "My heart."

It appears sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner were absent from the festivities.

Rob has mostly stayed out of the spotlight following the conclusion of E!’s *Keeping Up With the Kardashians* in 2021 and does not appear on the family's new reality series, *The Kardashians*.

In a brief appearance on Khloe's *Wonder Land* podcast in 2025, Rob noted, "I don’t wanna be filming and putting myself in a position where I’m not comfortable."

"I’m not comfortable in my skin, so why would I wanna go be on camera and just be vulnerable and let people in when that’s not what I wanna do? I’m not just gonna put myself out there if I’m not comfortable with myself," he continued. "I haven’t been comfortable with myself for years, and, also, filming and doing all that, it’s not for everybody. I choose my own happiness and peace rather than just filming for somebody who doesn’t do anything for me in my personal life."

Rob said he loves being with his family and filming "positive" things, but prefers to protect his peace.

Khloe frequently shares photos with Dream, who spends a lot of time at her home. She said on *The Kardashians *that she feels like "a third parent" to her, and wants to be a strong "maternal influence" in her life.

Rob and White were engaged in 2016 before tumultuously calling it quits in 2017.
