Paul Rudd offered a funny answer to a question about his supposedly "huge penis" on the comedy podcast Take Your Shoes Off with Rick Glassman

Paul Rudd had a funny answer to a question about his supposedly "huge penis" on a podcast.

Rudd, 56, appeared on the Jan. 8 episode of the comedy podcast Take Your Shoes Off with Rick Glassman. During the episode, the Anaconda actor and host Rick Glassman humorously reflected on Rudd's July appearance on the podcast series, which featured an elaborate bit in which Michael Cera — posing as a production assistant for the podcast — spilled "hot" coffee on Rudd, derailing the interview.

When Rudd "returned" to complete the July podcast interview, the episode's video recording showed Rudd changing his pants in front of the host and blurred out his crotch and behind, which led Glassman to remark on Rudd's "huge penis."

"I didn't realize that you even saw my penis," Rudd joked back.

"It was hard — it was soft to miss," Glassman responded. "It was hard to miss even when it's soft... Do you feel like people don't know how big your penis is?"

"I mean, I've never done [a movie nude]. I've never been naked in a movie," Rudd said. When asked why, he replied, "Why? I mean, I'm a fairly private person, I don't want to be just wagging my dick all over the place. I'm not Harvey Keitel in The Piano."

Rudd's July appearance on the Take Off Your Shoes podcast circulated widely enough online that the fact-checking website Snopes even published an article that month debunking the claim that Rudd was seriously injured in the coffee-spilling incident featured on the episode.

The actor joked that he did not remember much of the prior incident when he appeared on Take Off Your Shoes again on Jan. 8.

"It's funny, I remember obviously showing up and I remember obviously our conversation and I remember the coffee spilling on my face and then going to the hospital," he said. "There are things about it that I don't quite remember, that were a little blurry, and I was a little surprised that you posted it."

Rudd's latest movie Anaconda is in theaters now.
