Days of Our Lives star Louis Tomeo (Aaron Greene) may not be in Salem right now, but the fan-favorite actor is sharing his international vacation with fans on social media.
Tomeo took to Instagram to share photos of his recent trip to Rome, Italy. Captioning the post “Giorni in Italia,” which is Italian for “Days in Italy.”
In the photos, Tomeo appears to be sharing pictures of the Victor Emmanuel II National Monument in Piazza Venezia. A second photo appears to have been taken at The Orange Garden on the Aventine Hill, where St. Peter’s Basilica can be spotted in the background.
Tomeo’s friends and fans took to the comment section to share their excitement for his adventure. “Serving all the looks international 🤌🏼” wrote one user, with a second adding, “We loved Rome a couple years ago! Enjoy! Italy is amazing!! 🥰 miss you on Days!” A third jokingly shared, “Mogged the entire country of Italy.”
Tomeo recently celebrated his “Golden Birthday,” turning 24 on February 24. The actor celebrated with a post on Instagram, captioning the post with a note of reflection for his younger self, “Your gentleness, your compassion, your empathy, you never lost it. You just forgot where you put it :)

On Days of our Lives, Tomeo plays Aaron Greene, the middle sibling of the Greene family, with his older siblings Mark (Jonah Robinson) and Cat (AnnaLynne McCord), and younger sister Felicity (Kennedy Garcia) living in Salem. Aaron recently found out that he fathered Sophia Choi’s (Rachel Boyd) child. Previously, Aaron and the rest of Salem had believed that Tate Black (Leo Howard) was the child’s father. Sophia and Aaron gave the child up for adoption, and he is being raised by Johnny (Carson Boatman) and Chanel (Raven Bowens) DiMera.
Tomeo last appeared on Days of Our Lives on November 25, 2025. However, fans are anticipating seeing the actor return to their screens soon, as Tomeo has shared behind-the-scenes content from the soap opera, suggesting he will return to Peacock in the coming weeks.
In addition to his appearances on Days of Our Lives, Tomeo’s credits include Doctor Odyssey, The Summer I Turned Pretty, and Every Witch Way.
