Kim Kardashian recently spoke to Martin Brundle, and one of her remarks subtly turned their earlier awkward encounter into a joke. Per Reality Tea, when Kim attended the Monaco Grand Prix in June to support her beau, Lewis Hamilton, she was approached by Brundle for a spontaneous interview.

However, the moment quickly went viral as she reportedly seemed disinterested, and her security team stepped in to block him.

The incident drew considerable criticism, especially from F1 fans, many of whom felt that Kim had been insensitive and rude. Now, four months later, the two met again at the F1 paddock at the Marina Bay Circuit in Singapore. Brundle spotted her and approached her once more, but this time, she welcomed his questions.

When Brundle asked her how she was, Kim replied with a smile, “Did I not know the rules? Did we get off on the wrong foot?” Brundle laughed and assured her that everything was fine. He even asked about her thoughts on the exciting world of Formula 1. She replied, “I think it’s amazing and fun and wild, and something that I have never seen before. It’s amazing.”

The two then discussed Hamilton, with Kim describing him as very confident and saying she hoped for the best. It was amusing to see Kim turn their previous awkward encounter into a joke and seemingly put the incident behind them.
