Kendall Jenner is fully aware that there are people out there who think she's a lesbian.

"What really bothers me is how mean people are about it," Jenner said when asked about the rumors on Friday's episode of the *In Your Dreams With Owen Thiele* podcast. "It's not with a welcoming arm of like, 'Hey, if you were, yes, come join.' It's not kind. It's like very mean. It's very like, 'What the f--- are you doing?'"

The model and star of *The Kardashians*, 30, then said she isn't gay but that, if she were, she wouldn't feel the need to hide it.

"I understand that coming out is not an easy thing for anybody, if not most people, and I'm not saying that that's an easy thing," Jenner said. "But I can speak for myself here and knowing myself, I think at this point in my life, I'd be out if I was."

Thiele noted that she has plenty of support.**

"Totally, and I'm not saying it's an easy thing. I'm just saying that knowing me and knowing how I would want to live my life, I'd have no problem being that," Jenner reiterated. "And I think that there's this whole narrative that I'm hiding this thing, and I'm like, you know, I've seen like really f---ed up things. They're like, 'It's bad for business,' and I'm like, 'What?'"

Jenner's many roles include modeling for high-end fashion houses, such as Armani and Prada, and serving as an ambassador to brands such as L'Oreal Paris.

She said she doesn't understand people thinking that she would try to hide her sexuality if she were gay.

"All's to say, as of today, I am not," Jenner explained. "I don't think I will be, but I'm not closing doors to experiences in life."

Jenner came into the spotlight before she was even a teenager, when she began appearing alongside her family on their former reality show, *Keeping Up With the Kardashians*, in 2007.

She has publicly dated high-profile men including professional athletes like Blake Griffin and Devin Booker, and music stars such as Harry Styles and Bad Bunny.

Details about those relationships are scarce for a reason.

"For me, a lot of things are very special and very sacred, like my friends and relationships," she told *Vogue* Australia in 2019. "I personally think that bringing things into the public makes everything so much messier."
