Jessie James Decker's kids are following in their dad's athletic footsteps.
On Thursday, Jan. 1, the singer and actress, 37, shared photos on her Instagram of her family's trip to a tropical destination, which included a picture of her three older kids — daughter Vivianne, 11, and sons Eric Jr., 9, and Forrest, 7.
Her three kids could be seen posing on the beach and showing off their abs before getting ready to go swimming. Other snaps showed Jessie and her husband Eric Decker posing with their youngest child, son Denver, 21 months.
"2026 here we come baby!! Here’s to fresh starts, full hearts, happy babies and beautiful memories to come," Jessie wrote in her caption. "My resolution is always health, happiness, and time well spent with the people who matter the most!!! #family #2026 #happynewyear."

In her comments, many pointed out that they couldn't believe how all three of Jessie's kids had abs. "The abs on the Decker fam is CRAZYYYYY 😂💪," one person wrote. "Okkkkk Abbb family !!! I love it ! Happy New Years to my fav family to follow😍❤️🙌👏👏," said another.
Decker replied to a few of the comments, dropping some laughing-crying emojis.
Back in August, Jessie shared snaps via Instagram of her three older kids on their first day of school. Vivianne, Eric Jr. and Forrest could be seen posing together and holding their baby brother Denver before heading out the door.
“And just like that my babies are back to school 🥹,“ she wrote. "Can’t believe we have a 6th grader, 4th grader and 2nd grader. So proud of my sweet babies! Denver is gonna miss yall, he’s already yelling at the bottoms of the stairs wondering where yall are🥹.”
Then, in October, Decker did a Q&A on her Instagram Stories and responded to a follower who asked about her thoughts on co-sleeping, which can often be a divisive topic. "I personally co-slept with all 4 babies until they were around 12 months," said Decker.

"I'm not here to tell anyone what to do or how to live their life (gotta do what's best for you and what feels right) but that's what personally felt natural to me," continued Jessie. "My thoughts are they are little babies that lived in me for 9 months & they need comfort and connection."
In February, Jessie shared a joint post with her husband Eric on Instagram as she celebrated her son Denver's first birthday. In the emotional video, the mom of four shared clips from the hospital room after welcoming her son, as well as a look at her three other kids meeting their baby brother for the first time.
"Our sweet baby Denver is one ❤️ This will go down as one of the greatest moments of my life. I know when I’m an old woman and I think back on my years, this will be that memory in my heart that will live on forever," she wrote in her caption.
"Watching all of my babies run into the room to meet their little brother was like a movie in slow motion. I cry tears of joy every time I think about. I am so grateful for my family and for this beautiful day ❤️ happy birthday our sweet boy. Oh the joy you have brought to all of us❤️."
