On Sunday, March 1, the legendary rock band marked exactly 32 years since they won Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal at the 1994 Grammy Awards for their hit song 'Livin' on the Edge."

Aerosmith shared a flashback post to social media earlier this week to mark the anniversary of earning their second Grammy, which was presented to them by Vanessa Williams and Meat Loaf on March 1, 1994.
As seen in the throwback clip, the band went on stage to accept the award and thank the Recording Academy for the honor, while frontman Steven Tyler said into the microphone, "Thank you very much."
He then quipped to the crowd, "You'd be surprised how expensive it costs to look this cheap."

"Everything I've ever loved was immoral, illegal, fattening or grew hands on your palms," he further joked, while adding, "God bless rock and roll."
His bandmates Brad Whitford and Tom Hamilton also took the mic to thank their managers, producers, co-writers and fans.

"Living on the Edge" was released by Aerosmith in 1993 as the lead single off their 11th studio album, Get a Grip. It earned the group their second Grammy, following their first win in 1990 for "Janie's Got a Gun."
Aerosmith would go on to win a total of four Grammys, each in the Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal category. In 1995, the band won the award for their song "Crazy," followed by another win in 1999 with "Pink."
